The Sr Specialist, Digital Experience will be responsible for strategically arranging and showcasing Solo Stove’s website catalog, driving key e-commerce KPIs of conversion, engagement, and bounce rate.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital
- Responsible for e-commerce operational tasks and duties, including owning product setup, pricing updates, site merchandising, filter functionality, navigational updates, and on site search optimizations
- Drive ongoing improvements to our configurable toolset, with a focus on sorting rules, product placement, evergreen content, page content, third party vendors and site configuration
- Own day to day operations and updates of 3rd party tools, including Algolia, Yopto, Narvar, to maximize revenue potential
- Provide support across wider projects in both site merchandising and consumer experience
- Work closely with conversion optimization and CRM/personalization teams to identify and drive PLP/PDP experiments
- Partner with the content team to set up compelling creative displays and merchandise assortments
- Work closely with cross functional partners including commercial planning and promotions, Creative and Marketing to bring marketing strategy and product campaigns to life via the site
Inventory + Customer Care
- Bridge relationship with Customer Care to own and optimize post purchase experience and KPIs
- Support planning team, ensuring the right types and quantities of products are stocked on the site
- Help support product lifecycle strategy by being fully intune with key product sales and drivers
Analytics + Reporting
- Understand key ecommerce metrics and pulling data, support Site Merchandising Manager in preparing all key data updates for weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews
- Working closely with the Analytics team to define merchandising best practices that drive conversion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of Merchandising tools and CMS, preferably Contentstack
- Working knowledge of ecommerce systems, preferably Salesforce
- Some understanding of Heat Map Tools and journey analysis a plus
- Experience working in a collaborative, fast paced, professional environment
- Strong capacity for multi-tasking, organization, working independently and time management
- Candidates should have a high attention to detail, be able to maintain accuracy doing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Analytic focus, with an ability to turn merchandising data into actionable insights
- Experience working with third party vendors
- Proactive personality
- Must be comfortable working with technical systems and troubleshooting web issues
